▪told me to park in a parking lot so they could come replace my windshield, then later called and asked me to move my car to a parking garage after they told me other wise.

I will never do business with this place ever again. NOTHING but a headache. You either need better communication skills or invest in some hearing aids for your employees so they can comprehend what your valued customers are explaining to you. Learn the difference between your towns and area codes. When you're in the wrong own up to you and do not act like your paying customer has no right to be upset. Oh, and while I'm being a b**** judge your own weather. Please and thanks!!

Jason Britton was very professional and got my windshield fixed on a Saturday! Even came to my work to do it...
▪called my phone 6 times (because they can't figire their life out clearly) when they were specifically told that I would be at work.
▪cracked my windshield when they were "fixing" the rock.
▪then last but certainly not least, they called to ask if the weather was ok to replace the windsheild... (last I checked, I'm not a weather lady and that's not MY job to be the judge of that).
▪they were the ones who broke my windshield, then expected me to pay for a new one
▪Once they finally showed up, they then again asked me where I parked... after I specifically told them 3 times I parked in the parking lot SMH!!
▪Told me my appointment was set for "10-2". They showed up at 1:41...
Have had two windshields done now with them. Good prices, good service and great people. Highly recommended!

Staff was friendly, service was excellent! They repaired the chip in our windshield quickly and even washed all of the windows for us.
If I could give Safe lite in Lincoln, NE 0 stars I would. Most incompetent people ever. Worst communication skills I've ever seen in my life. No joke. #realtalk I never write reviews, but I'll make an exception this time.
