I took my SUV here with an air conditioning issue. They were able to get my car into their shop within the hour of my call. They called me shortly after with a very reasonable quote. I picked up my car a couple hours later and everything worked great!! I was pleased with my bill and the staff was very informative and helpful. I would definitely recommend Brakes Plus Lincoln, NE location. I know I will be back the next time I need anything else fixed!!
I noticed my reservoir cap was missing and headed straight to Brakes Plus! They replaced it for free! The new crew is awesome!
This is a great business that offers personal quality care. They checked my vehicle before a road trip at no charge. When I left my car to have oil changed and tires rotated and a possible alignment they let me know the tires were fine and service was not necessary. They have replaced the struts on both our vehicles. I have had my brake pads replaced as well.
They were literally my savior today!! My tire was flat and I had to get it patched, but there wasn’t a bay open to put my tire on at the auto center I got it patched at. After calling 15 other tire places and getting told no, I got a yes from Brakes Plus!! Kendall was awesome and he got me in right away and got my tire put on!! Awesome, quick service with very nice, professional employees!!
I've been bring my cars here since I was 16, since day one they have always been up front and honest about work for your vehicle. They will honestly tell you if the work you need done is something you need right away, or they may suggest that you hold off a little bit if you aren't able to have the repairs done immediately.
