Vern and Acutek are simply the best! Vern is a person of integrity and never imposes work on us or our vehicles. His work is top-notch and his communication of repairs and options is incredibly helpful! I won't go anywhere else.
Took my wife's Volkswagen to Vern to have him fix a seal in the fire wall and he was amazing to work with. Dropped the vehicle off over night and he had it done first thing the next day. He was very precise and explained exactly what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. To me, Vern seems like an extremely trust worthy guy and isnt there to up-sell you on things that are not needed. I feel confident that I could send my wife back to Acutek without me being there which I could not say that for many other shops around town. The shop was very clean and welcoming. All around a great experience and I will use Acutek for all of my auto repairs in the future.
