Super fast and affordable service. Lobby is extremely clean and employees are friendly and knowledgeable. We went in thinking we would need a lot more work than planned and they were up front and honest and informed us we didn't! Thanks Jensen!!
Very slow, grouchy, and seemed incompetent. Customer service is not their forte! Treats women in a degrading way! I would honestly like to give a zero star rating.
sold me defective tires. first said no warranty then when I proved there was a warranty they looked for any reason to charge me for anything they could. in the end I should have paid nothing but ended up having to give them $100 to warranty the tires or my car would have been undriveable. they told me pay or go away. I will never go back and suggest you steer clear of this place!!
Original service was for tire rotation and oil change and we are 90% sure that neither were preformed. Still wish I could give a 0 star rating.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They said they were done and I could go home. I always mark my tires to see if they actually rotate them and low and behold they didn't. I walked back in and said you didn't rotate. They said they couldn't find the lug nut. Miraculously as soon as they took it back in the shop and actually opened the glove compartment, same location the lug is always at, they found it and rotated them. Just seem shady since this is the second Jensen tire to do this to me. I am guessing they do quite often and most people never catch it so beware. Especially since they did not even mention it to me until I am the one that had to catch it.
