While recently trying to find a vehicle in great/excellent shape, I had been having horrendous experience with used car dealers here in lincoln and omaha. I received a referral to take my prospective vehicle to Brett's Automotive by my boyfriend's mother and it was the best decision for me. She is a longtime client of Brett's and has received excellent customer and automotive service so I didn't hesitate to check into this shop. When I brought my first prospective vehicle in for a diagnostic, I received excellent service along with a detailed maintenance schedule and it revealed a slight problem that they gave me an inexpensive estimate for. This diagnostic revealed that this great vehicle had been in an accident which wasn't revealed in the carfax report. This information was a life saver. Just yesterday, I brought in a new vehicle for the diagnostic and didn't have to pay because all diagnostics after the first one are FREE. They also gave me helpful information on an extended warranty and assured me that that they would help me maintain this vehicle. I received outstanding service from both Brett and Matt and would highly recommend Brett's Automotive in the future. Thanks guys!!!
Absolutely awful. I took something there to get fixed and they threw away some of the parts that cost me 105% of the bill. I gave them a chance to make amends and they told me every day for A WEEK that they would get it done. I had to rent a car because of them and guess what IT DIDN'T GET DONE! Then Brett had the nerve to act like it wasn't there fault. I never complain or do reviews but I couldn't let this go untold. The BBB is next on my list to notify.

Just an update. Turns out the BBB had already given them an F rating. So I guess it's my own fault. They tried to help but Brett was unresponsive. Do not make the same mistake I did. STAY AWAY FROM BRETT'S AUTOMOTIVE.
