Good customer service. I reserved a vehicle and when I went to pick it up, I mentioned I hope all stuff fits. I explained were taking a 20 day honeymoon and around 3500 miles. I had luggage plus medical equipment we both have issues. The guy offered us a minivan, we had to pay difference. Paying difference for the upgrade was no issue. We were just happy the gentleman paid attention to our conversation. I didn't even think to ask for a bigger vehicle two days before a busy weekend. Thank you for paying attention to your customers and suggesting we may need a bigger vehicle. We used every bit of that van from backseat to backdoor. The guy even collapsed the second set of backseats for easy loading and unloading.
Property was run down. Asked employee for an upgrade or discount since my rental was a last minute decision. He would not budge......when will businesses learn? Customers come back when you go the extra mile! Car was great though!
Friendly service and they allowed me to use the rate they were charging insurance for the last day since I extended. Thank you!!
The only thing is that adding additional driver below 25 is expensive..Apart from all, its very nice.
P.S. They have really nice cars to choose from. ;)
It is cheaper than other rental company. The car was good and it gave very good mileage.
