This is a customer focused shop. They tried every possible avenue to meet a special request and stayed in contact with me with developments. They could have cited the policy to get me off their back; instead they put forth effort and treated me as a customer.
Top notch service at a great value. Our agent Gufron was extremely helpful, courteous and made the experience go smoothly checking the car out and checking it back in. Would highly recommend.
I was extremely pleased with the customer service I experienced with Gufron. I was dealing with an extended rental time due to my personal vehicle getting a new transmission installed, every time I called to extend the rental time he was very helpful and polite. I've rented from other companies in the past but since dealing with Gufron during this period I'll be returning to Avis. Thank you for the great customer service!!!!
Although I have not heard or seen the AVIS SLOGAN ("WE TRY HARDER") FOR A LONG TIME, THE SPIRIT BEHIND SEEMS TO BE FOREVER PRESENT!
We first rented from this Avis last fall for a family road trip. We had a great experience and Aziz was fantastic. He walked out with me to check and see which minivan he had was equipped with a DVD player, after I told him we were traveling with kids. Much obliged! So for this years upcoming 2 week family vacation to California, Avis was my first call. I was pleasantly surprised when the phone was answered by none other than Aziz again. Another great price, and he said he'd try hard to get us a DVD player again. Above and beyond! I will be sending my friends and family his way for all their local rental needs and he'll continue to be my first call. Keep it up!

I have been an AVID AVIS ADVOCATE (AAA, eh?) for at least ten years, and things have only gotten better, whether at Lincoln, Nebraska's airport, at the AVIS locations on "O" Street, or in Omaha where Azizbek Gulamov promises to become one of the best, youngest operators in these parts. If I have had any problems with AVIS, they usually come from its website, misspelling my company's name (finally, it was corrected to CONSULTIMATE, LLC -- AND IS NOT A DATING SERVICE!)
