Don't use this company. They don't inform their customers of their extra fees. I had a couple of employees ask me where I was traveling and they knew it was going to be over their "50 free miles a day" rule and never informed me that I was not getting unlimited mileage. Never using this company again.

I want to advise everyone looking in to Budget Rental for a vehicle rental.. Please don't make the mistake we did with this company.

We have had this planned since the reservation. We are moving and need to be out by June 1st. Family was driving and flying out of state to assist. Now we have no truck and rates now everywhere else is ridiculous. Budget rental really dropped the ball and costed us hundreds of dollars to work around THEIR MISTAKE! Terrible business model when people rely on these dates.

Tried to charge us $1400 for a 'destination fee' after they had quoted us $150. Forced us to drive 600 miles to drop the car off at another location.
