I've bought a few bikes from the Bike Rack, always a good experience. I thought I would try another bike shop, just to sell my old bikes. I went to Re-Cycled Bicycles, which was the worst customer service experience ever. The guy that works there must have some sort of personality disorder. Please avoid Re-Cycled Bicycles! The Bike Rack employees could teach this guy about customer service! They are always helpful and friendly.
Just bought 2 new mountain bikes this week. Customer service was amazing! They definitely earned our business in the future. Dwight was the one who helped us he was awesome! He took the time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Will be recommending the Bike Rack to friends!
Stopped in with what I thought was going to a large and costly repair. Tech that helped me said "wait, let's check it out first". Found out it was a loose BB, fixed it right there in 5 min and I was on my way. Could have taken the bike and threw unnecessary parts and time at it for a lot more $$. Their knowledge, honesty, and customer service will keep my business!
Great place to shop for a bike or accessories. Super friendly and helpful staff and nice selection of gear for a smaller shop. They can also bring bikes and gear down from Omaha if you need. I didn't end up buying my bike there, but it was a very enjoyable experience shopping there. Great shop for Lincoln (and Omaha)
