Absolutely love Cycle Works! The staff is friendly, upbeat, incredibly knowledgeable and well-wishing. The bike/accessory selection is unparalleled in Lincoln and the manager and owners are always willing to ride the extra mile for their customers. 10/10 recommend going to Cycle Works for any bike issues or questions you have.
I go here whenever I have bike problems, and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Service has always been fast and efficient, and everyone is always nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. My experiences have always been wonderful, and I have never had any complaints. It's a great place to go and I would highly recommend it.
Awesome customer service. Friendly and patient staff. Used their services for two bikes and many tools and items over the years.
Purchased a new road bike, and the salesman took advantage of my lack of knowledge. I'm 5' 10", and the salesman reassured me that a 60cm frame size was the best way to go, when in reality, that's 2 sizes too large. Go to another shop with educated salespeople. Cycle Works' uneducated staff will set you up for failure. I'm very disappointed.
Great shop, owned and operated by a local family that supports Lincoln. Great service dept also, they get you back on the bike fast.
