After moving to Lincoln and going through a few clinics that were okay, we had a friend recommend Superior Veterinarian Care to us. We are so glad they did. This clinic is one of the absolute best with friendly staff and knowledgeable veterinarians that genuinely care for all our furry family members. We have 1 cat and 1 dog in our family and the clinic has treated both like family. Their hours are great, they are extremely flexible if you need to get in on short notice, are very approachable with general questions (many a time we had called in with a concern to see if we needed to bring in our pets for something and they would offer complimentary advice and many times would give us honest answers), and very fair pet plans. There is no doubt in my mind when we take our pets there that they are in great hands.
My family keeps our finances in check and always make sure prior to receiving services what we will be paying. So upon being told all of the services above that were recieved by Betty, just a year later would be $160-- We declined everything except the rabies shot and left. Thanks for never sending that check though, never bothering to call, and for the unprofessional response to this concern. As reflected in my initial review, I was not going to return because of the price. If you over charged me, a phone call explaining this and I would have gladly updated my review and continued receiving services from you. Instead you did this.
I had previously loved the care my cats received here. However charging $160 for shots alone is outrageous. Have lost a customer due to this price increase for services.
I was very pleased with visit to the clinic. They took great care of my Lady Bug. Of course what can I say about Dr. Otto. He is the best. He was very gentle with Lady and spoils her rotten with treats. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Of course we will be back.
Dr. Otto and his staff always do a great job of taking care of our dog and would recommend them to anyone in need of a good caring veterinarian.
The 3rd vet I have been to in Lincoln this year and I'll definitely be returning! Dr. Otto was very professional and courteous. Took great care of my cats, showed interest in their well being and didn't treat us like we were just another paying customer. The staff were great as well, very thorough, explained everything in detail and didn't leave me with any questions. Hours are perfect, and the preventive care plans should be used at more facilities. 10 stars!
I find it very unprofessional that you decided to put my bill up for everyone to see. My other cat Betty who was seen a year prior had a visit, it cost $82.45 for the Exam, Feline FVRCP, Rabies, Dewormer, and Fecal exam. I budgeted accordingly bringing Louie in. I have now posted photos reflecting this since you put this information out there for all to see. Now they can have a comprehensive look for themselves.
