I take all 3 of my Yorkshire Terriers here for their vet care. The vets are easy to get in touch with and the office hours are great. Even better, this place is reasonably priced. I highly recommend for your furry friends.

All they care about is money, never seen the same vet, when I called for advice they told me the vet I "always" see wasn't available to answer any questions! Ugh I was confused because I never seen the same vet ever. I was told I would receive a phone call back and they confirmed my phone number...this was a month ago and I still haven't had a return phone call. They also tried telling me they couldn't give me a prescription over the phone without seeing my pet because it's been more than a year since he was seen...hmm interesting considering my pet just turned 1 year old annnnd we were seen there this year...the staff never know what they are talking about, one person tells you one thing and then another tells you the complete opposite, prices are ridiculous, and their empathy is fake made up stories.
When i first get in they are nice and pretty good at weighting my dogs. and other customers are friendly and warm environment. I've been there for many years and its quite disappointing to explain to them over and over again that i don't want the bordetella I don't plan to ever kennel them.. Last year I spoke with one of the front desk employees by phone and specifically told her to mark it down I don't want Bordetella. The second issue Belmont Vet has is updating the records of when the dogs are due in.. Mentioned to me that my dogs will need surgery soon for there mobility but they are running just fine. They have poor record keeping leads too having to repeat the dog history with each vet. lastly I had negative interaction with Dr. Fritzwaters when trying to share information has already been given to the vet and should of been in the dogs files. She was rude and unprofessional :(
Horrible service, hidden fees and policies that they don't tell you about until you get your pet in there. Just a very bad clinic. They shouldn't be able to lie to you over the phone, have you drive your pet all the way there, then say oh, well we can't do this without this and this and this and just expect you to have all this money that they want to charge your for unnecessary things that your pet doesn't need. Just a horrible place to take your pet.
