UPDATE (10/31)
I highly recommend living here! The new staff is friendly and super helpful and maintenance requests get done fast. I got to move into one of the newly renovated units and it is very modern and nice. The location is great; walking distance to campus/downtown but far enough away that it is nice and peaceful. I love that they allow pets here as well! I couldn't find apartment that would take my 2 dogs until I stumbled upon this place. The new amenities are great too. There is a hot tub and fitness center and plenty of laundry machines, even though laundry is a bit pricey. Overall, definitely a great place to live!
My roommates and I love living here! We live in a 3 bedroom apartment that has so much room! They just redid the outside area and it looks awesome I can't wait to use it! The staff is really nice and just an great place to live. I would stay for another year if I wasn't transferring. I would suggest this to any person needing an apartment.

Maintenance comes in WHENEVER even though my lease says 24hr notice
I CANT USE MY OWN BATHTUB BECAUSE IT IS SO EXTREMELY DIRTY AND THEY NEVER REPLACED IT PRIOR TO MY MOVE IN.
The issues I listed on my work order never got done for me (June 21st) but just got fixed for my roommate on Aug 17th when she put them in.
Having to secure an apartment for my son and his roommates for the first time was made easy by the NEW Management staff at Stadium Walk. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and willing to make the transition from dorm to apartment as painless as possible. The apartments are clean, well maintained, and close to all amenities. I experienced the old management as a first introduction and The NEW management has made an enormous difference in why we decided to rent there. Any problems are quickly rectified, there is a reasonable cost for parking and ample space. Rent is reasonable for the amount of space as well. Any issues I have wished to discuss has been answered in a very timely fashion. This has been important coming from a distance (Ontario, Canada ). They keep the tenants informed of all matters and even provide a few fun contests to engage their community. Very happy to recommend Stadium Walk Apartments, Lincoln, NE!
You can only have your boyfriend/girlfriend over 3 days out of the month so if you have a S/O this apartment is NOT for you.
The management has handled things much better since I addressed my previous issues and move out was a breeze. I absolutely would have loved to move back in here if it were more family-friendly. For now, I just recommend for students.
The Cons:
If I could give this place zero stars I would. The newest staff hired is probably the nicest and most productive but my roommate and I had TERRIBLE experiences with the previous staff and the management company overall. I had to fight for over 6 months to get my deposit back because they "used all $450 of it to clean the apartment". Not only is that outrageous it wasn't even necessary considering the unit we moved out of was demolished and completely renovated. We were lied to incessantly. The company that owns these apartments are crooks and will take every penny they can from you because they know they can take advantage of college students. Residents have to pay to park and the rent prices for the amount of space you get is outrageous as well. We were promised new appliances in our unit and they were not given to us until a couple months into our lease when I inquired about them for the fourth time. They did not give us a 24 hour notice that they would be entering the apartment (as stated in our lease) and whomever they had install the appliances removed all of our food from the fridge and freezer and placed it all in the new fridge. We were so disturbed that some random person was touching all of our food and in our apartment without permission for that matter. This place will take advantage of you and doesn't follow the lease accordingly. Be careful if thinking about signing a lease here.
The Pros: I love my apartment. Very nice! There are pets allowed which is great if you're an animal lover. The apartments are generally calm and peaceful which I really like.The parking is awesome! (Unlike 8n and some other apartments in the city)
