I lived at College park in 2014 with 2 other females and we experienced NO problems whatsoever and NEVER experienced a break in. We never had anyone snooping by our cars or trying to get into our apartment. If we had something broken in our apartment the management was typically there by the end of the day or would even tell us when there was a problem that we didn't know about. I never once saw managers of the apartment complex "drunk or hung over" like these other reviews say. And they do NOT try to get every penny out of you. For there location and the fact that you do not have to pay for water or gas AND get free cable these apartments are priced fairly. I had no problem whatsoever living at this apartment complex. Is it the most updated in Lincoln? No it is not but if updated and over priced is what you are looking for then you could go live downtown.
Definitely not the best place I've ever lived, but far from the worst. There are a few maintenance issues, such as replacing drywall with a panel nailed over the hole a plumber cut to work on pipes, and an upstairs bathroom outlet lacking a safety switch and therefore not having power. The lofts have ample space, but the AC struggles to keep them cool in the middle of summer. The staff is friendly and courteous in my experience.
Ive lived here for about a year now and i really like it. Its really close to the college and to markets, mall, food. Priced very reasonably for what you get. The staff is one of the best parts. They are super friendly, and are very helpful of you need anything. Also a very safe area. Highly recommend especially for college students.
