Gave them my boots to get resoled and they said it'd be three weeks and cost $85-95 dollars and then they called me three weeks later saying they couldn't fix them. Took them to north side boot and shoe repair and they said it'd be no problem fixing them. They did it in a week and for $70. My biggest complaint with Ole's is probably the amount of time they had my boots and didn't even look at them, when they could have looked at them sooner, decided they didn't want to/couldn't fix them, call me and I still could have gotten them fixed faster than what they were planning.

After reading the reviews I was very hesitant to go into Ole's. When arriving the two people at the counter smiled and welcomed us. Although my boots were new and it was a manufacturing issue so there wasn't much they could do to fix them. Karen was so nice and let me know about my options and what I should do. My mom came with me as well and Karen also answered all of her questions and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Friendly staff, very clean and organized. I'm glad I decided to stop by and plan to come back! Thanks Ole's!
Horrible. I asked if they could shorten a handbag strap a few inches. They should have said, "no, we don't have the ability to do that." When the bag was returned they had stolen hardware from it and refused to return it. When I asked to talk to a manager they said they "threw it away" :/ Did the worst job possible with the non-matching hardware they added in. Tons of mismatched poorly done stitching where there were supposed to be two small stitches. The bag is now ruined. Please don't take anything of value to this repair shop. They have no ability to do even the most basic things and will steal materials from your goods for other projects.
I give less than one star if I could. They are act like when you come in to give them business that you are annoying them. I brought in a pair of shoes to be stretched the guy would hardly even look at them and told me "no" would barely give me the time of day rolled his eyes at me and told me to just wear them. And tried to walk away from me. I was like are you serious you can't even try? He grabbed them out of my hand walked over to someone else who rolled their eyes and just said no and basically acted like I was annoying them for asking them just stretch my shoes I was in there less than 2 minutes. I immediately went to downtown Boot & Shoe Repair the lady was so friendly and nice and accommodating and she did Stretch My Shoes for me with no problem. I will never ever go back to ole's for any reason whatsoever. I'm so sorry that my business is annoying to them and that they don't have the time of day for me. Downtown Boot & Shoe Repair did exactly what I asked was super friendly fast cheap and efficient.
