Amazing service and repair work! One of our dogs ate part of my husband's Italian hiking boots. Never did I think they could be repaired but Northside repaired them in one week! They are our dog's best friends and mine too. Their customer service, kindness and workmanship is phenomenal!
Zippers needed replaced on my motorcycle boots. They did great work for a reasonable price. They also have a good assortment of shoes and boots for sale, not just a repair shop.
Northside Shoe and Boot Repair provided absolutely amazing service and quality of work that exceeded all of my expectations. I dropped off a pair of Johnston and Murphy boots to be cleaned and conditioned at Northside. They were done within the week and look absolutely fantastic. Moreover, the customer service was absolutely phenomenal as I received recommendations on what I needed and what I didn't and updates throughout the process. I cannot recommend Northside Shoe and Boot Repair enough. If I ever need a pair of shoes serviced again, I won't hesitate to call Northside.
Friendly and dependable - shoes done when they say they will be. Also, they do great work. I was going to throw away a pair of well worn Dansko's until a colleague told me to at least give Northside a chance at them. So, I did. Amazing! I wish I would have taken pictures. I essentially got a new pair of my favorite shoes for less than half the price of a new pair. Most recently, I had new heel taps put on a pair of dress shoes. Highly recommend.
Best shoe shine in town! I've use them several times in the past for dress shoes but this time I brought in leather work boots. You can see my picture post. The after boot on the left is drastically better the one on the right (see the picture post)
