For CO2 refills they will fill the tank while you wait. No need to wait 2 days, no exchanging from someone else's ugly crappy bottle.
This place is a hole in the wall. Crap all over the place inside. You can barely walk in the front door without tripping. Then they stare at you like you're an alien and greeted with "what?" instead of something like "hi" or "can I help out?". I bought two 2.5# extinguishers from them. One didn't fit in the place I wanted it to, so went to return the one THAT WAS NOT OPEN YET. They told me they have a strict no-refund policy, even on unopened items. I asked about ordering the size I wanted and trading them for it (giving them the more expensive one and me taking the cheaper one) and they still would not help me out. With so many places in business, why go to places like this?

Wow, I have no idea how some companies stay in business! I contacted this company to find out if they could hydro test scuba cylinders to the REE standard to maintain a + rating for a 10% overfill. In talking to "Scott" when I told him I had spoken to a competetor, he hung up on me. I called back thinking maybe we got cut off at an akward time and he admitted to hanging up on me, then quoted me a price 50% above the other quote. Unbelievable.
