They did an ok job, there were some things that were missed. The windshield had streaks on the inside and outside, there was a streak on the inside of driver's door glass. There were areas in the door jambs and tailgate that could have been cleaned better. The interior plastic could have been wiped dry instead they had a greasy wet look and there were some liquid left from the interior dressing under the cup holders in the console area and around the radio & heater controls.
Terrible experience. No one in the front office, took 15 minutes to get someone on the phone, and then I'm told that I'm supposed to go into an employees-only area to find the guy that supposed to be detailing my vehicle. Plus wasted a half a tank of gas to get here. Terrible, terrible experience.
Moved my car so their black suv could get into the parking lot and then the jerk cut me off as he pulled an illegal u-turn. Looks like my brand new car will be detailed somewhere else.
