We replaced the company that used to service our paint booths with General Fire due to them billing us for services they didn't do. General fire has done a great job and works around our schedule to not innterupt our paint painters. We had a failure of a fuseable link they installed a few weeks ago causing the dry chemical system to discharge in the night and they had their guys out immediately the next morning. Once they found the problem and determined it was a faulty part they installed they had a restoration company come help with clean up and their insurance reimbursed us promptly for all of our expenses and down time. RJ (the owner) even called to apologize for the situation and make sure they were doing a good job of getting us back up and running. I have been completely satisfied and commend RJ and his team for top notch customer service!
