This is a nice place to run around with other dogs. The fencing is good and the grass is good. I like that there are no wood chips for my dog to try and eat. I would suggest having a mixed dog area. There is a small dog area and a large dog area but no area for both, so I just used the large dog space. Also, it would be great if there were more amenities instead of just open space.
We went and visited the dog park it's great they have a large size area for the smaller dogs and an even larger size for the bigger dogs only problem is there's no benches yet no trees for shade so you would have to bring your pets and water to keep hydrated on very hot days
So far it's just two very wide open spaces with a then open gate connecting the two. There's baggies and trash cans there for your use. There's also a donation/remembrance wall Thats really nice and a wheelchair assessable bathroom. No open and closed rules exist within the expectation sign.
During the summer the price may be worth it, but not during the winter. They should close down for the season or take the loss in my opinion to stray open. Rent is unreasonable for this time of the year, just my opinion.
A wonderful replacement to the Oak Lake park. Really big, with separated areas for big and small dogs. None of the potholes or sinkholes of the old dog park. We love it.
