Good easy trail for walking, running, or riding your bike, with plenty of room for everyone. The track is about 2 miles long with gentle slopes. Spots for kayaking, fishing, and bird watching. There's a nice playground of the trail too.
When I say I am going to the LAKE EVERYONE asks which one,,BUT IN MY MIND IT'S {HOLMES LAKE} MY SÔN IS 25 NOW & HE ALWAYS FISHED THERE AS A CHILD WITH HIS DADDY,SO IT'S BEEN MY FAMILY'S FAVORITE IN TOWN LAKE FOR AS LONG AS I'VE BEEN HERE
A delightful place to walk with friends on a sunny December afternoon. It's a flood prevention project with opportunities for picnics, baseball, a kids' playground, and even fishing. A wonderful return on those tax dollars.
