Nice for small dogs. Huge for big dogs. A first rate dog park.

Dogs, dogs everywhere dogs! This is probably the best dog park in Lincoln. There's a nice stream that runs through it and three, maybe four bridges for humans (and trepid dogs) to cross on. There's wide open spaces and a tiny forest. We usually spend about an hour walking around. If you go on the weekend expect to see a large variety of dogs. There's a fenced off section of little doggies too. Bring a baggie to clean up after the puppies, but if you happen to forget, there's usually extra at the park right when you come in. Just outside of the dog park, across the street is Holmes lake that the stream dumps into.
This park is a great place for my dog. He is able to explore all the hills and valleys, as well as the trees and tall grasses. He absolutely loves it. He is still trying to get the hang of swimming in the stream, but we're getting there, and it's a great environment for him to learn while playing with other dogs. The only thing that I would like to change about this park is to add a water pump or hose to rinse off my dog after he gets mud on him, otherwise, this place is perfect for us.

This park is great. My dogs love being able to walk around off leash on the trails and run and play in the small dog area. I was only visiting Lincoln and wish we had something like this back home.
