There fast, polite, had my order ready to go within the time I was told it would be ready. Was fresh and hot.
Would have been better had they given me more than 1 pepper and garlic butter for an extra large pizza. You would think a pizza that size would come with more. The pepperoni was almost non existent. Better pizza my @$$
Ordered a pizza at 6:25. The website said 8:00 pm delivery. At 8:15 I called to see when our order would arrive. The manager said it would be there in 10 minutes. Then at 8:30 I called again and the manager had no clue where our order was. Tough to make a pizza and then deliver it apparently for this store
This is the second time in a row that this store has delivered pizza(s) that are not what we ordered. The first incident was handled with a free pizza, which was a mildly satisfactory remedy. Today, however, after the wrong pizza was delivered, I called the store to inform them of the error. I was told that I would get a call back in a few minutes with more information on the whereabouts of the original order. I finally called the store again 25 minutes later, and was told that the new order had just come out of the oven and was being boxed. 40 minutes after that, I called yet again and spoke with a manager, who claimed to have no knowledge of the incident and informed us that our order was in fact never remade. We got a refund for our order, and we will be ordering our pizza deliveries elsewhere in the future.
