Wow extremely slow in serving the food and then the server couldn't remember the additional items that he was supposed to bring out.
We had a great dinner! The service was excellent . The wait staff all seemed to work together to clear/clean tables, which shows they all work as a team! We will definitely make the hour an half drive back to Lincoln to eat here again! Great food, friendly staff, and reasonably priced!
We are on a expedition to try new places. In doing so we wanted to try Chillis, however we almost didn't seeing the review points at 3.4 stars. I decided to read some of the reviews, in doing so I saw the owner replied to several negative reviews. See the owner actually reading the reviews and taking the time to reply back, I knew this place was indeed worth checking out! Knowing the owner cares about all that shows he wants the customers to get the best he has! We had a great dinner! The service was excellent and I saw the management continually checking/helping out the kitchen staff. Sat my self, no service, walked out with my family. Ate at famous Dave's instead. Never coming back. GM Jeff Buntgen was at least apologetic.
I'm very neutral on Chili's. The food was ok, not great. It's not something I would rush out to get again. The service was fine, no wait, the restaurant was clean. There are far better options in Lincoln than Chili's.
