Wow what a awesome facility and workout! The instructors are great motivators and the music is always upbeat and gets to ready to rock your workout. I highly recommend.
If you are looking for a community of people who like to be fit and share a healthy lifestyle Powercycle is your place. It's not like a big gym where no one knows you or cares about you and your goals. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and highly trained. The atmosphere is one of a kind and they even carry a clothing line called Lorna Jane that can't be found anywhere else in NE plus their own line of branded clothing!
I have a great time every single time I come to PowerCycle! I get a great workout with the added motivation of it being in a group setting without the fear of being judged by the group. I love that I control how hard the workout is for me, and that no one but me knows what level of difficulty I am using. The instructors are very knowledgeable, and do a wonderful job of getting you acquainted to the cycle the first few times.
This is an outstanding spinning studio. designed especially for spinning it gives you all the benefits of a cardiovascular workout , with minimal stress on your joints. i have enjoyed spinning for several years at a number of studios power cycle is by far the best. The instructors, the bikes, and the variety of workouts available are all excellent. Now with the new offerings of TRX straps and yoga a complete balanced workout is available
