I wasn't familiar with Crossfit (or working out very much in general) so didn't know what to expect. Nice facility with a decent amount of space, but the true highlight was the down to earth, knowledgeable, approachable coaches. That was over 18 months ago and if you come in now, you're sure to find the same thing (plus I might be there so stop by and say hi!)
Wicked awesome place for a workout.
My wife and I were in town visiting family and decided to drop in. We joined for the Saturday team WOD and loved it!!! Our home box in Colorado has a huge emphasis on form, and the same was true here.
Coach Mark led the team WOD and encouraged a good team atmosphere and was careful to be inclusive. Overall a great experience!
Crossfit Lincoln has a great atmosphere, family feel and I look forward to going everyday. The programming is top notch and I have learned a lot. Can't say enough good things about CFL.
Fantastic box!. Nothing but welcoming people and coaches! Had a great time and everyone was helpful and fun. I will def go back and highly recommend this one if you're in the area or wanting to join a box.
