I like to go here because it’s so close to home but that’s pretty much the only reason. It is too small for the amount of people that go here during the busy times. I think I’d enjoy it more if it was a larger size.
The northeast YMCA is my home away from home. This is not your massive gym where you are just another face in the crowd. At northeast, you become part of the family. It's a place you want to go to and has everything you need for a great workout.
Good classes, and after school programs
So far I've been pleasantly surprised here. It's an older building and facilities. It's got that older swampy locker room smell..oh well... The only fussing I have heard is from the teenagers and young adults who do not wish to adhere to the published rules and regs.
