Love, Love, Love this gym! I've been a member for 3 years and I continue to improve in so many ways. There's never a plateau. Never a boring workout. Every day is challenging and fun and it all can be modified to one's fitness level. The trainers are encouraging, educated and attentive. I'd give Kosama Lincoln 10 stars if I could!
If you don't want to sweat during your work outs, this place may not be for you. otherwise if you like good people who enjoy having fun and like seeing results, it's no brainer. I always keep coming for more as everyday will be different.
Great variety of workouts that are always challenging but at the same time, different options are provided, depending on your abilities. Instructors are great are providing encouragement and pushing us to get the most out of our workout. Love the variety of class times each day as well!
