Good products but a little pricey.
Hands down the worst service ever. The whole team is a joke if they say they will call you back..they won't. When the give you a timeframe for furniture it's wrong and when your furniture breaks in 6mos you pay full price for the part and then have to fix it yourself. Don't waste your time and just go to NFM to start.
Hands down the WORST customer service ever in my opinion!!! Sales people are rude and even over heard them complaining about customers. The employees look dirty and unhygienic and I will NEVER set foot in that dump of a store again.

I don't usually do this, but I think people should be forewarned. Even though it's Furniture Row Shopping Center, all of the inventory is on the same website, and you can easily walk from one department to another, they are not technically the same store. So if you are like me and trying to furnish an apartment all in one shot be prepared to spend the hour plus doing paperwork in ALL FOUR DEPARTMENTS that don't have interconnected systems so that they have to take the information and run your card FOUR SEPARATE TIMES. To make things even more complicated, I was buying things at this store to be delivered from another store. They told me that they would call me back right away in the morning to let me know that everything was in stock. I still haven't heard back... almost 3 days later. Finally had to call the out of state store and just ask. So if you have an aversion to keeping track of four different sales associates trying to get commission or need things in multiple departments, seek furniture elsewhere.
