From the first question I was treated like an idiot. Floor guy told me he didn't think there was such a thing. Then told me how dangerous they are. In other words, he had no knowledge on the subject.
They have pretty much anything you could want, parts and complete grills, but they are a bit expensive. MHP dealer is a big plus though.

After researching wood furnaces for a week I walked in to talk about buying one. Both Lowes and Home Depot carry the type of wood burner I'm interested in, but I want to buy local. My family had recently done business here, so it's the first place I went.
I told him fine I will go somewhere else. He then thought it was a good idea to ask a senior staff member about the product as I walked out the door. Poor customer service.
