The product is good and the sales person was nice, but once my card was charged the experience went downhill fast. First unit came in reversed, which I made work, but it was still wrong. Next set to my other office was scheduled wrong (even though 2 different people had verified first) then the furniture didn't come in and I wasn't notified until 2:15 (delivery window was 2-4) had already altered schedule to meet them. Rescheduled for the next day, took until after 2 pm to get a delivery time. This is an absolute joke. I try and support local business and will continue to do so, but local businesses should be aware that customers can go online or somewhere else very easy.
