We have worked with Petal Creations for several events and wouldn't go anywhere else for our petal needs. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went in looking to get flowers for 2 people, thinking they had their Friday $5 special. I hadn't forgot that it was mother's day weekend, but also didn't even think about that as both people I was buying them for were not for mother's day. The lady made sure to tell me 3 times in the 5 minutes I was there that they cannot do those because of mother's day and that whoever they get their flowers from doesn't forget it mother's day in a very condescending manner. I completely understood that prices go up and told her that. I was expecting for her to help me out with something else that would relatively cheap but no she offered no assistance. After a couple times of asking questions in a way to try to get her to help more, I finally told her I would just go over to Super Saver. I did find bouquets for 4.98 each at Super Saver so I was happy. I was so disappointed with her terrible service I almost went back to tell her that she lost my business due to her lack of customer service. I was willing to consider more pricey options but she wasn't giving me anything and seemed like she just wanted to get back to whatever she was doing in the back when I had walked in.
Stacy is such a gem. Everything she has done for us has been beautiful and fresh. Our big event for the March of Dimes fundraiser was beautifully decorated with her flowers and centerpieces. She has delivered beautiful arrangements for our Firespring families' new baby arrivals and heartwarming arrangement for funeral. We are so grateful to have found her!
I showed up when they were closing and I was visibly upset because my Mother had just passed away and I was responsible for her flowers and had no idea what to do. They let me in and walked me through it. The end result was absolutely beautiful. Thank you.
