I've worked with Melissa several times at wedding. During a wedding a groom accidentally pulled of a flower from the brides bouquet. Melissa was close and offered to come to the location and fix it. If thats not customer service I don't know what is. We've also used Blooms and Bouquet for creative shoots. There installation pieces are always amazing.
