Delivered within request times - same day. Customer Service was nice enough - I will say that it was absolutely easy to tell the fruit was on the far side of "fresh" - pineapple had lost its "tang" and was mushy, strawberries - brown leafs, banana dark and mush under the chocolate (No, not dark from the chocolate, dark as in bruised or older)
