Very very rude manegment was even worse called to complain about a very rude sales person the manager told me to f off and she hung up on me morning crew very very horrible prices was very high my husband worked hard for hours on the morning of black Friday and they didn't even pay him. When he called to find out about his check they also hung up on him. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE STORE.
YOUNKERS in Lincoln, NE at Gateway Mall is Fabulous! I shopped in several departments & all associates were friendly, helpful & fun! (One exception was a sales rep in the shoe dept). The sales on items I'd purchased from Amazon were lower priced! I got "Tervis Glasses" on a discount promotion on NBC....& Younkers had them priced way less. Pfaltzgraff & Fiesta Ware....sheets, bedding...everything I looked at was below reasonable! Quite frankly, I confess...I hadn't been to Gateway for more that 5 years! I will be going back often! Thank you YOUNKERS of LINCOLN, NE...great sales...great team! (talk to the manager in the shoe dept...was rude to several of us) :) Probably just a "bad day" for her!
Gross store with dirt, bad smells, and even water damage! The store is very dim and sketchy. Comparable to an abandoned store-just with merchandise. No selection and very high prices.
The worst customer service. To be fair, out of all of the employees, there are only 5 or 6 people that are nice to me. Everyone else treats customers based on the way they look. So disappointed. Contacted the headquarters, and all I got is an apology but their employees, supervisors and managers are still the same..they will never improve their customer service.
They have sales that's the only time I can afford to buy anything here.
