The guy henry from tools is so helpful. Excellent customer service skills and he speaks Spanish which helps alot.

You read all these bad reviews about Sears yet Ive never had an issue with the location in Lincoln when it comes to tools. If you bring a broken craftsman tool in they'll give you a new one. I took a set of wrenches out of the box i got for Christmas and realized I wanted a better set. So i took it back with the receipt but didn't have the box. They didn't care and let me return it anyway. Ive probably done that 3 times just have the receipt and don't open tools and take them back 2 months later... Lots of there tools are still made in the US. If people want to complain about Western Forge then they really must like spending 25 dollars per screwdriver from snap on. The best part about the Lincoln store is that if you actually use the salesmen to help you out they are very knowledgable. Management obviously also does a nice job for instance i used a coupon and some points to buy a tool. I returned it for another tool and the manager gave me the coupon back in points since he couldn't give me the coupon. It was literally $15 in free points. I don't know what going on everywhere else but I pray the Lincoln sears is here to stay. A+
