I love that Kohls has a little of everything. You can get everything from clothes to luggage go kitchen items. Quality is generally good and customer service has always been great to work with.
Great clothes, selection of brands and deals. If you have the Kohl's charge card you can get coupons in the mail which help, up to 30% off. They mark up the prices to make you feel better about your sale though at times. ;) Not a big selection of toys. Easy to return items. They carry some Disney clothes. Their Jumping Beans clothes for the kids run small for toddlers and under.
I've never been to a more disorganized store. I drove to Lincoln in hopes of finding more selection, but the store was such a mess! I understand it's the holidays but nothing had been organized in the areas I shopped in a very long time. Shopping for slacks, I had to look through every single item since the styles were all mixed (and with other items shoved in as well ). Men's tees looked like a hodge-podge table at a garage sale. I'll never come back to this store. Worse shopping experience I've had in a long time.
Black Friday shopping was unsuccessful for us, but the staff did well to keep everything organized. It was very impressive to see all of the workers actively engaged with customers at such a high volume.
I have good luck finding trendy shoes and clothes for my entire family at Kohl's. I steer clear from there home goods unless there is a sale or I have Kohl's cash. Their household items tend to be a bit pricy.
