I purchased a used Subaru from a private seller in Lincoln, NE. Prior to purchase the owner took the car to 3D Car Care Center to have it detailed. 3D left their card in the car and I was told to call if their were and issues/questions. A few hours after purchasing the car I noticed it felt like there was a waxy build up on the surface of the car. (The car was stored over night in an underground garage that was undergoing construction/ paint spraying which drifted onto the recently detailed car.) I called and talked to the owner Joel. He had me run the car through the wash and then hand dried it. Luckily because it was recently detailed/waxed the fine white layer of paint that drifted onto the car causing the waxy feeling was easily washed away. They even insisted they put air in a low tire after all of this. All of this was done with 0 cost to me. These guys are friendly, do a great job, and stand behind their work!
They did a great job cleaning out our Kia Spectra and was very friendly and thorough!
