The employees there are all extremely welcoming and the work they do is outstanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a car wash or need detail work.
Half the time the equipment is broken or out of adjustment. New help has no ambition or initiative. They have a No Bug Guarantee, the guarantee is that they can't get the bugs off. Even if you complain, they will simply run you through again with the same results. Once my wash card is run out of washes, I am going back to Jet Splash where they beg for tips, but at least you get a quality wash.
They took a very lived in vehicle, which was the victim of four small kids, and in very short order had it in better condition than when we took if off the dealership's lot.
It stopped working when I was just starting into the dryer. Luckily I was able to pull out but cars behind me were mid wash. I am not happy with the fact that I didn't get dried though.
Have been using this car wash since they opened. Always do a great job.
