Bottom line, my vehicle looked worse coming out than going in. Spent $15 to have dirt smeared around on the vehicle. Sad sad excuse for a carwash. Save your money.
Had the car wash shut off on me the other day while I was getting a $10 wash in the touch less one. My car was covered in soap and it told me to exit. Called the number and left a message. Got a quick reply the next day but the guy was trying to make it my fault it shut off. Saying there was something wrong with my vehicle and that's why it did it. I have used this wash several times with my same vehicle and had no problems. I like this one because it's the only touch less one I have found on the North side. Then he proceeded to say there was nothing wrong with the car wash and I must've done something. Again, really?! Then he was offering me a refund, which is great but needed my cc#. When I didn't want to give him that for security reasons I asked for a voucher or something. I understand car washes malfunction and just wanted another wash. This man was rude and said "um ok we'll send you something in the mail" and literally hung up on me! Won't be going back. I'll drive across town to get a wash now!
My truck was dirty, but rinsed of mud. I used the $11 premium wash and had streaks of dirt still on the car. The biggest problem is the suds not removing dirt and the dryer not drying the car at all.
But it’s touchless so at least my paint is ok.
Is open 24 hr. Easy to self use.
The vacuum hole was so little and kept getting jammed... And the 4 min on the vacum for 1.25 just is not enough time !
