I bought a Groupon for Spa De Da a year ago and after several voicemails and texts (they never answer the phone) I still never got scheduled for an appointment. Sad to see my money go to waste and to have it be so challenging to try and schedule an appointment to become more relaxed. Seems like they don't have enough staff to accommodate customers.
