I was down the list and had to wait a season past the hail storm for roofing, however, White Castle people kept in touch with me and I could plan ahead for my activities and services that would coordinate with the roofing. When my date was near, I was informed of the sequence of events – when the dumpster would arrive and leave, work schedule, etc. My roofing actually took one day. Workers were careful to lay tarps to collect trashy roof materials and nails. Before they left, workers walked around my home and double checked for nails etc. A week or so later a person came by to double check on the work and my satisfaction. I am highly satisfied. I called White Castle after the storm because they had provided fine service on this home several years ago.

We had used White Castle for many years (WC replaced our roof in 2007, and then again in 2016), but after last years rush job it's doubtful we will use White Castle ever again. After the hail storm of 2016, we hired White Castle to replace the roof. Although the gutters were in reasonable shape, I thought it time to fix the rotten fascia, put on larger gutters, folding downspouts, and some gutter guards near our trees. The new roof was installed with gutters and gutter guards all the way around, but none of the fascia was repaired, and no folding downspouts. For several months I tried to get the problem spots repaired, only to find that during the initial install the front gutters were not sealed properly, and water flowed into our rafters causing additional damage. To add insult to injury, I'm told that they can fix the fascia I identify for an additional $500, but can't guarantee it will fix the leaks. I'm sure that White Castles rush job caused the water issues.
I accept some of the responsibility, as I didn't make sure that all the repairs were clearly identified in the contract. Before the replacement I met with Taylor a couple times to identify repairs, afterwards, Taylor used email to communicate.
The people were the best to talk to and/or question. The work started as expected and at 7:30 PM was picked up and left in pristine condition. Later a representative of your company came and walked the roof to check the quality of the installation and checked the ground for nails and debris. Luke our sales person was knowledgeable and explained everything in layman terms and did not try to upsale to a more costly product.
It took about a year to get the roof and gutters but the city was hit with a major hail storm and we didn't have any leaks I told them get to it when you get to it. It was well worth the wait.
The roof was replaced 9 years ago by White Castle Roofing, and during that decade we had no water issues. They replaced the roof and gutters in 2016 in two days. The first heavy rain caused water to flow into our rafters which now has to be repaired at our expense. Never again!
Called for an estimate in May/June of 2016, was told it'd be a long while to wait due to recent tornado damage. Was ok waiting, as I assumed everyone else would be just as busy. They called me in December 2016 asking if I still wanted a bid and I told them yes. They said they'd get me a bid. It's now the middle of May and no bid, no phone call, no nothing.
UPDATE: Amazingly enough the day after this review posted, they managed to find my phone number and give me a call. Too little too late, I'm afraid.
