Terrible company. One star is being generous. No advance notice was given to me when the plumber was on his way. He was rude and very unprofessional. He used the old hardware (bolts/washers) when he replaced our toilet. We heard him on the phone talking to his company and asked if they had other appointments to go to while we were waiting for him to complete the work at our house. This company uses cheap products and their headquarters staff was also rude on the phone. You can do a lot better with a different company.
Extremely prompt service. They were called by our home warranty company and the entire experience - submitting the claim, hearing from Patriot, and fixing the water heater - was completed in less than 8 hours. It's always a gamble when you don't get to pick your service provider because of a warranty but I was very impressed and am VERY happy to have hot water again!
Patriot Plumbing has been our resource for repairs and improvements on our home and rental properties for many years. They are prompt and have made efforts to correct any situations where we were unhappy.
I was given a 2-hour window when they might come, as is usual. The plumber was at my door 2 minutes into that window, so I didn’t have to sit around at home waiting! He was friendly, let me know what he was doing, and gave me some pointers on preventing future plumbing problems (not all places do this: the more problems you have, the more you need to call them). The job was done in 45 minutes and my sink and plumbing were in BETTER condition than before the problem! And he stayed around until he was sure that the problem was fixed. I was very impressed with this experience!
