Disappointed! They were contacted to do a furnace/air conditioning cleaning and servicing prior to our closing. They charged $255 but didn't even touch the furnace. After we closed I checked the furnace filter and was shocked at how absolutely filthy the filter was. I then checked inside of furnace fan box and again it was very dirty. I guess since no one was at the house when realtor let them in to service the unit they just figured they could get away with not doing the work. Won't ever call them for service or repair.
We are replacing our bathroom vanity and also needed the faucet and drain pipes moved. The new equipment didn't match up and we will need to remove a substantial part of the wall to get at the pipes. Brian gave us some good options to explore on how we would like to proceed. He was very helpful. We will need to take a little time to review our options because each one is going to cost us way more than what we planned on. We will call Brian back when we are ready to proceed.
Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review. We had a water heater issue at our rental home and our landlord contacted JH to come out and fix it. Before we even got that far I had missed a call from the appointment lady whom left a voicemail stating that if I called her back the same day we could get on the schedule for next day. I called her back and she was no longer there and the current lady had told me there was no way we could get it scheduled for tomorrow even after I had stated what the previous voicemail had said. She was very adamant to the point of being rude with me on the phone about getting on the schedule. Upset, my girlfriend called and complained as well, which had to intern lead to the landlord calling and getting it scheduled. We then had 2 appointments. Both appointments we have had to replace our water heater have been late. The 1st appointment was 3 hours late, the tech also forgot to bring the water heater with him on the truck and had to have it delivered later in the day so he was just doing nothing for an hour. The tech was friendly and very helpful with my questions though. After completing the installation it was deemed he did not do it correctly according to code. So we had to schedule yet another time for them to come out. We were on the board for the first schedule of the day at 8am. By 8:30 the tech had still not arrived and my girlfriend wasted her break to come home to someone that was not going to be on time. Had to reschedule.
I highly recommend John Henry's Plumbing. They sent Todd M. for a plumbing job at my home. Todd was professional, courteous and extremely capable. He completed the task above my expectations and I would be confident having Todd come back for any plumbing repairs I would have in the future.
I discovered our garbage disposal leaking at 1:30 pm and called John Henry by 2. I had a new garbage disposal by 3 with Josh walking out the door. Josh was professional and polite. I had my hands full with a sick kiddo and the dog, but it didn’t phase him. He even was kind enough to bring in my packages that arrived on the front porch. We just love John Henry’s amazing service!
Simple customer service skills at the front desk and on time appointments are key for people with tight schedules. This company does not work for us.
