Just got cut off on I-80 near 395 exit west bound. Truck driver for V & Y Express changed lanes before signaling and changed lanes while it's trailer was still beside my door/passenger mirror. I had to hit brakes hard to avoid being hit. Called their business number and was told, by a hard to understand russian woman, that it was not their truck. IT CLEARLY said V & Y Express Inc on it. They claimed they had no way to know which truck it was and that they could do nothing. I know better than that. I have family that works in trucking (dispatch, driving, scheduling loads...everything). They said they had two trucks in Lincoln at the time and one was in Omaha and one in Lincoln....DUH, it's the one in Lincoln. This is the way they do business...pathetic.
