Jeff & Devood were the BEST. They came early & stayed late to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. They never stopped moving at a pace I couldn't imagine keeping up all day. They were courteous and very careful with all my things. If allowed I would rate them higher than a 5 and would recommend them to anyone considering a move. I'm not even sure where to start. 5 stars isn't enough. My moving situation was tough to say the least. Everything surrounding my situation was hard. Literally every single thing from the first contact to the end was nothing short of amazing. Fabulous customer service. I have no doubt they didn't want to hear my woes, but they seemed genuinely interested, concerned and supportive. The owner, Tom came to my house to do an estimate for me. I was rushing thru things, but he slowed me down. He was thorough. I was also on a huge time crunch. They accommodated amazingly. The quote he gave me was slightly under what I ended up paying, however they did some extra packing for me. The guys that actually did the move were super kind, funny and worked hard. I ended up getting called to work, but once they had the run down I pretty much just had to get out of their way. Seriously, if you need a moving company, call them!!!! They gave me back a hugs sense of peace that I had been missing!!
The owner of this franchise was friendly and responsive. I really enjoyed meeting him and using his services. The "hunks" were very respectful and worked extremely hard. They seemed genuinely excited about helping and "discovering" all the different (sometimes weird and always unique) items in my grandma's old house. I also really appreciate the sense of humor instilled into the company culture. Using Pomp and Circumstance as hold music on the phone made me smile. Your call center staff are out of this world, as well. The women I spoke with were charming and enthusiastic. I could tell they were smiling over the phone! You must treat them very well. I love the line, "How can we help you have a stress-free day?" It provided a little levity in a difficult situation where I'm emptying my deceased grandma's 100-year-old house. So, thank you. I found you via Google search, just liked the name, and I'm so glad I did.
My roommates and I used these guys on 12/7/17. The guys who helped us were Davood, Aaron, Jeff, and later Erik since Jeff had to go. These guys were polite, professional, and a joy to work with. I'm sure our move wasn't the easiest since not only were we moving from one 2nd/3rd floor apartment to a 3rd floor only apartment, but my roommates and I had even decided to break into two apartments (sanity sake) so trying to keep everything straight even with our help may have been tricky. However, these guys were AMAZING in getting most everything in the right apartments. For what they didn't, that was because of miscommunication on our part but they got it fixed quickly! 10/10 will use again!
We had the BEST experience with College HUNKS! We had a huge project at our company, cleaning out a storage building and moving furniture to different buildings. We called on a Wednesday, they sent out the owner, Tom, to give us an estimate literally like the day after, and on Monday morning we had the HUNKS helping us move. Everyone was very professional, the HUNKS were kind and attentive, and the whole process was smooth and done efficiently. Although it did cost us quite a bit for such a big project, it was worth every penny! We even appreciated Tom stopping by during the job to make sure things were going smoothly. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be using the HUNKS in the future!!
