The hallway reeks of mold, the elevator is old and seems unsafe. All in all this place is a real dump.It has bad reviews on Choice Hotels website and Yelp.
Checking in and waiting but the GM she said was talking about other guests to a customer that's not okay. Where did u guys get here from? Some man behind the desk looking weird she said her husband well I ask that's nice they let you guys work together she said no he doesn't work here I said well why would he be back there smh.So our room was on 4th that was nice and quiet. and smelled amazing. and to back down to get towels and there was a AA lady paying her bill the GM was so rude to the lady if I was her I would talking to her boss. I will never stay there if that GM is still there what happened to the AA man that was the GM.always knew what he was doing and had great personality and very professional at almost any Times.
Decent and fairly clean room but don't rely on the breakfast. Even by nornal hotel standards the cooked items (eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy) were poor.
This place is a total dump, it is a run down outdated Best Western. I stayed at this dive when I was in Lincoln for the Garth Brooks concert on 10/21/2017 and I was charged twice for a one night stay and the manager refused to give me a refund and when I filed a dispute with my card issuer the manager lied and claimed I stayed two nights which in fact I was there for one. It is interesting how they can change information on the receipt to best suit them and screw over the customer.
The heater didn't work and I kept being woke up by doors being slammed and other loud noises out in the hall. I did not get a restful sleep. The least the manager could do was refund the $82 charge, give me a free night, and/or and have points credited to my account. Instead of doing NOTHING.
Charged twice for a one night stay, one of the charges shows in "folio" as a "no show" even though I arrived at approximately 0415 to check in. The person at the desk didn't check me in for the reservation I had for she was saying I had a reservation for that same day. I was told when I was checking out the manager would correct everything and call me. Evidently the manager didn't correct anything nor called. I sent an E-mail and have heard nothing.

Staff was friendly. Rooms are a little rough. The room I had clearly had a leak in it at one point judging from the amount of water damage to the popcorn ceiling. The bed was huge and the linens were fresh. The overall cleanliness was acceptable. Not a bad place of your looking for a cheap one night stay.
