I stayed for 4 nights, the room was nice and clean. I was real happy that it is pet friendly. The staff was very accommodating to my needs. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to my friends.
Good location. Reasonably close to downtown and there are many places to eat within walking distance. Staff is friendly, rooms are not fancy but are clean. The rooms facing the street are loud.
Great budget hotel, nice staff great prices and has room for truck parking, will stay again if I'm back through. Decent food within walking distance as well.
Anyone needing a hotel in Lincoln Nebraska I highly recommend the Oak Tree Inn!! Great location as is off 27th and Cornhusker Highway. AMAZING ppl who work at the hotel!! Will definitely stay again when I be in Lincoln!! Thanks for the wonderful stay!!!
This was a great hotel for us. We are a group of 20 somethings so we weren't looking for anything fancy, we just needed a place to sleep that wasn't too expensive. The rooms were very clean and the service was great. This is by far the best hotel I have stayed in within this price range.
