Very clean, nice room with plenty of space. Friendly and helpful staff. Best price.
bed comfy, pillow choice good, room clean, bathroom clean. totally adequate for our stay. I like how the living area is on the window side of the room. that way I could use the bathroom without trying to walk past a pull out sofa.
Had a wonderful stay! Was on the 2nd floor so didn't hear people in the pool. Also never heard anyone around us so it was a nice quiet stay. The rooms were some of the best ones we've stayed in while traveling across country. Easy check in and check out. Thank you!
Had a terrible experience here. Really loud people were in the room next to us. The pool is open 24 hours so kids and people will be in and out of the pool partying and being loud. I called the front desk and nothing was done. My wife and I even put in earplugs but still couldn't get to sleep with the amount of nose from our neighbors. I had to go down to the front desk at 3am. I wanted a refund but the manager wasn't there and the front desk receptionist was unable to process a refund. This is the only 1 star review I have ever left but I haven't been this dissatisfied in a hotel in my life. After packing a uhual and driving from Chicago I really just wanted to get some sleep but only was able to get a few hours before getting on the road early again. Use caution booking this hotel because once you pay they will not refund or try to make it right in anyway.
This was an amazing place to stay number 1 and the value was excellent number 2! The location is very convenient. Not a really crowded area so you get an excellent nights sleep, but close to anything you could wish for, eateries, groceries, coffee shops etc. It is a family owned small chain I have found out and you can tell. The attention to detail and the friendliness of the staff, were awesome! They helped me a great deal as I was not familiar with Lincoln. Rooms were clean and well kept as was the pool. The kids had a great time and so did we! I now make it a point to stay at New Victorian's whenever I am in one of the towns they have hotels in. I have not stayed in all of them yet, but I will sooner or later. This is what a hotel should be like! Thanks
