(3) I have emergency road service. This covers gas delivery, jump starts, tire changes, etc. However, a couple of years ago I had a unique situation. I put my camper in storage in a very small building, so small that I tire could not be changed when I discovered a flat upon getting it out of storage. I didn't need a tire change due to lack of room. I needed an air bubble to blow it up to enable me to go to a service station to have it repaired. They had never experienced this situation before. I had to get this fixed on my own. The Mittelstadt Agency looked into it and said this was a viable service that should have been done. They have since changed their view and everyone is on the same page. They made it right with me by reimbursing my expenses on this situation.
